Free February Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to the ‘Free February’ promotion run by Nido Education Limited (or any of its subsidiaries or related bodies corporate) (‘Nido’) and apply in addition to the terms and conditions of any applicable enrolment form.

This promotion commences at 6:30 (AEST) on Friday, 2 January 2026 and ends at 6:30pm (AEST) on Friday, 27 February 2026 (‘Promotion Period’), unless otherwise extended or ended earlier in Nido’s sole discretion.

This promotion is available only at the select Nido Early Schools listed in the Participating Services section below (‘”Participating Service(s)’”).

This promotion is available only to new enrolments who complete enrolment at the Participating Service during the Promotion Period. (‘Eligible Enrolment(s)‘)

This promotion is offered to:

  • a. New or waitlisted families, whose child/ren have not previously attended a Nido service (‘“New Family/ies’”) and who enrol at a Participating Service during the Promotion Period; and
  • b. Existing families, who have already confirmed enrolled days at a Participating Service (“Existing Family/ies”) and who enrol in additional days which are within the Promotion Period (limited to up to double their existing days). An Existing Family may only enrol in additional days a single time under this promotion. The enrolment must be validly completed at the Participating Service during the Promotion Period.

To be eligible:

  • a. New Families must complete their enrolment at a Participating Service during the Promotion Period; and commence attendance at that Participating Service on or before Friday, 27 February 2026; and
  • b. To be eligible, Existing Families must confirm their additional enrolment days at the Participating Service during the Promotion Period and commence attendance on or before Friday, 27 February 2026.

(‘Eligible Enrolment(s)’).

Once an Eligible Enrolment has been validated by the Participating Service’s Executive Service Manager, the Eligible Enrolment will receive days of free care at the Participating Service, limited to the Eligible Enrolment’s enrolled days, which will be automatically claimed and applied on and from the Eligible Enrolment’s first day of attendance at the Participating Service until the end of the Promotion Period.

The promotion enrolment days are subject to availability at the Service and offered in the Executive Service Manager’s sole discretion.
Nido reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject or cancel any enrolment it deems to be fraudulent, incomplete, or inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions and/or the terms and conditions of any applicable enrolment form.
This promotion:

  • a. is subject to availability of care at the Participating Service;
  • b. cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discount; and
  • c. is not available to any staff members or employees of Nido.

Nido reserves the right to cancel, amend and/or withdraw this promotion at any time in its sole discretion.
Nido accepts no responsibility for any technical issues, loss, damage or delay arising from, in connection with, or in any way related to participation in this promotion.
