Meet the Centre Manager

Welcome to Nido Early School Avondale Heights. I’m Mehreen Fatima, Executive Service Manager. Our team is here to support your family from day one. We care deeply about creating a calm, welcoming environment where children feel confident and excited to learn. Families choosing to enrol in childcare in Avondale Heights can expect a nurturing space with meaningful routines, warm relationships.

Learning Programs

At our Avondale Heights childcare and early learning centre, children are encouraged to explore, imagine and grow at their own pace. Our approach is guided by the Reggio Emilia philosophy, which sees children as capable, curious and active participants in their own learning journey.

All programs are built on the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and meet the National Quality Standard. These frameworks highlight the importance of play-based learning, communication, social development and school readiness. Every Nido centre has a dedicated Curriculum Leader who mentors educators and supports high-quality planning across age groups.

At our Early Schools Early Schools, we also work closely with families to understand each child’s needs. If your child requires additional support, we’ll create a tailored plan with the help of local agencies to ensure they feel included, understood and well cared for.
